This unwind, which also works as a rewind unit, is cantilever design. Speed, torque, and direction are controlled from an HMI colour touch screen. It is possible to switch from unwind to rewind by changing the direction, torque and speed. Moreover, the unit is compact in design with easy mounting. An optional air shaft can be included. According to the manufacturer, the machine is a low maintenance unit requiring minimal upkeep.
