DIENES hosts System Days on 6 and 7 December
DIENES Werke GmbH & Co. KG (Overath, Germany) will once again open its doors in early December to present slitting systems in different versions. The requirements of the end customers for the slitting of their materials become more and more complex. Slitting quality, the avoiding of dust, safe knife changes, as well as quick and reproducible slitting width changes are topicsthat users are often confronted with. From the feedback of previous System Days, DIENES has learned how fruitful an exchange of ideas on the systems themselves can be. For this reason, DIENEs wants to give the opportunity to its guests once again to experience different slitting systems live.
The event will take place on 6 and 7 December from 9am to 4pm with individual schedules in the DIENES plant in Overath.
The following slitting systems will be showcased by DIENES in final assembly:
DIENES label slit 4.0: automatic slitting width adjustment, 5 shear cuts, knifeholder PSA 20-75, bottom knives on expansion shafts. Materials: labels, packaging, battery films, lithium-ion accumulator foils
Module IV-S-M: automatic slitting width adjustment, 35 shear cuts, knifeholder PSA-DF, individually driven bottom knives on bottom knife motors. Materials: nonwovens, cellulose, paper, core papers, teabags.
Module VIII-S-M Simu-Flash: automatic and simultaneous slitting width adjustments, 14 shear cuts, knifeholder PSGs-DF, individually driven bottom knives on bottom knife motors, positioning of the upper and lower knives by means of individual drives. Materials: tissue, aluminium, copper, film, battery films.
