More than 420 exhibitors present innovations in the field of industrial painting

The Who's Who of the industry comes together to present its solutions and premieres. With over 420 exhibitors from 27 countries, PaintExpo represents the entire value-added chain of industrial painting technology and surface coating. More than 40 percent of the exhibitors come from abroad, and around ten percent are taking part in PaintExpo for the first time.

"The positive excitement of finally showing the latest developments in painting technology live and in person again at PaintExpo is something we notice in many conversations with our customers. Exhibitors and visitors are looking forward to the eighth PaintExpo – to the personal exchange and a comprehensive market overview. They want to coordinate new projects and shape the future together again," says Ivonne Simons, PaintExpo project director. The registration figures show how true this assessment is. Over 420 exhibitors will once again fill three exhibition halls on the four days of the fair in Karlsruhe and present the latest in industrial painting technology at the world's leading trade fair.

High internationality and many new exhibitors

PaintExpo exhibitors come from 27 countries. 42 percent will be travelling to Karlsruhe from abroad. Among others, industry-leading companies from Italy, Turkey, Switzerland, Spain, Austria, France and Belgium will be exhibiting. Every tenth exhibitor is represented at PaintExpo for the first time.

For example, with the paint producer Axcentive from France, the paint system manufacturers CABO, Coral and Nova Verta from Italy or the Swiss specialist for chemical pre-treatment Prelit, companies in all exhibition areas are celebrating their premiere at PaintExpo.

Research and science for the painting technology of tomorrow

In addition to the latest industry solutions, visitors to the fair can also expect a focused look into the future of painting technology. The joint stand of the German Research Association for Surface Treatment e.V. (DFO) forms a focal point for research and knowledge transfer in the midst of the trade fair activities. The aim of the twelve co-exhibitors on the joint stand is to expand and sustain technological progress and the economic success of industrial painting.

"For many years we have been expanding our unique, cross-industry competence network. Our members are active in numerous technical committees and initiate new research projects, conferences, cooperations and much more," explains Ernst-Hermann Timmermann, managing director of the DFO. He adds: "In this way, forward-looking standards are regularly set in research, innovation and qualification. PaintExpo is the ideal place for this."

The products, solutions and services on display at PaintExpo cover the entire spectrum of industrial painting. Whether wet painting, powder coating or coil coating – the worldwide unique showcase of industrial painting technology bundles coating solutions for all industrial sectors, applications and materials. The spectrum ranges from surface treatment, paints and painting systems to final quality assurance.

Trade visitors from the contract coating, automotive and vehicle construction sectors, from mechanical and plant engineering to the plastics processing industry as well as the electrical and furniture industries will find the right range of products for their coating needs at PaintExpo. Regardless of which materials need to be coated, at the world's leading trade fair for industrial painting technology, the technology leaders provide the answers to future challenges and questions.
