Complete system of display protection film and dispensing system

Everything from a single source. This was the wish of the company Behr-Hella Thermocontrol GmbH from Lippstadt, which specialises in the production of operating and display systems for vehicle interiors. The solution was the complete system consisting of display protection film and dispensing system by Schreiner ProTech. A clear advantage is the acceleration of the entire process. In addition, the automatic application of even large-format film guarantees a high fitting accuracy with almost complete homogeneity without air bubbles.

No danger from electrostatics

When selecting a suitable material, the experts at Schreiner ProTech opted for a film that should not be too insulating. The material must allow the charge carriers to balance each other out during the process of separating the display from the film, i.e. there must be no danger of electrostatic discharge. This can already be taken care of when dispensing the display protection film in advance: Schreiner ProTech's dispensing system reduces the electrostatic charge already during the application of the protective film, thus rounding off the customised overall solution.
