Over the past 75 years, the company has always been open to change and has played a pioneering role. Lenze is also constantly working on modernising the working conditions and benefits for its employees. From the results of the Top Employer certification, the company derives measures to continue to offer a contemporary working environment in the future.

Challenging year 2022

"2022 was a particularly challenging year with the Ukraine war, the Corona pandemic and the overall economic situation worldwide. However, Lenze has emerged from this year stronger than before, and this is primarily due to the outstanding team spirit demonstrated by our employees worldwide. That's why we are particularly pleased to have been named Top Employer Germany once again," says Oliver Hansper, head of human resources at Lenze.

David Plink, CEO of the Top Employers Institute, says: "Exceptional times bring out the best in people and organisations. And that's what we've seen in our Top Employers certification programme this year: exceptional performance from the certified Top Employers 2023. These employers have consistently demonstrated that they care about the development and well-being of their employees."

HR best practices questionnaire

The Top Employers Institute examines companies based on their responses to the HR best practices questionnaire. The questionnaire includes around 350 questions from 20 HR areas such as HR strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training, diversity and inclusion. Companies that are certified as Top Employers offer their employees an outstanding working and development environment. This year, the Top Employers Institute recognised 2053 companies in 121 countries on 5 continents.
