Lenze
Renewed vaccination campaign against Covid-19
From June to October 2021, Lenzians were already able to be vaccinated in the vaccination centre set up at the Extertal site. As serious as the pandemic situation is, the employees did not let it take away from the pre-Christmas spirit.
Internal information campaign
Since 7 December 2021, Lenze has again been diligently vaccinating against the corona virus. The campaign is accompanied by an internal information campaign, because Lenze believes that the more people who are vaccinated, the better. As soon as all those willing to be vaccinated from the workforce have been supplied, the circle will be extended to include the relatives of employees."Our international motto since the beginning of the pandemic has been 'Together we master this challenge'. It reminds us that everyone can make a contribution in the fight against the coronavirus – by following hygiene and safety rules, but also by getting vaccinated," says Ralf Klemme, head of HR Germany. "But it also shows that – especially in times of a pandemic – we are all dependent on understanding, consideration and cohesion. Together as #OneLenze we are strong."
For Lenze, there was no question about resuming vaccinations against the coronavirus. Without further ado, premises were prepared at the Extertal site to ensure that they could be carried out properly.
Christmas ambience
In keeping with the season, Christmas ambience was of course a must. Because, even though the pandemic is a difficult time, everyone should receive their Corona vaccination with a positive, festive feeling.Over the summer months, Lenze had already called on its staff to get vaccinated. In a specially built vaccination centre, the company offered its employees first and second vaccinations against the corona virus. Family members could also take advantage of the offer. In total, more than 1200 vaccine doses were administered.
