Lenze once again received the Top Employer Germany Award in 2022.

The certificate confirms that the Hamelin-based automation company offers its employees outstanding working conditions. A decisive point this year was that Lenze continuously develops its human resources strategy and also implements it successfully.

Focus on health protection

Ralf Klemme, head of HR Germany & Europe at Lenze, is pleased: "Lenze is an excellent employer that does a lot for its employees. This is demonstrated once again in challenging times like these, when we do everything we can to protect the health of Lenzians: This starts with a sophisticated hygiene concept including the provision of masks, rapid tests and disinfectants, to the staggering of shifts and the possibility of using home offices, to an offer of vaccinations to Lenzians and their family members. In keeping with our motto since the beginning of the pandemic: `Together-We-Master-This-Challenge'."

Companies which, like Lenze, have been certified as Top Employer 2022, place a strong focus on their employees in their corporate actions. Key success factors in the competition for the best employees are flexible working models and a wide range of training opportunities, continuous improvements to the working environment and, in general, a modern working environment.

David Plink, CEO of the Top Employers Institute, says: "Given the challenging year, which like the year before has impacted companies around the world, Lenze has continued to demonstrate that it prioritises maintaining excellent employee practices in the workplace. You continue to meet the challenges of the changing world of work and work tirelessly to positively impact the lives of your employees."

Uniform global assessment process

Characteristic of the Top Employers certification programme is the globally uniform investigation process that all participating companies have to go through. The renowned institute uses the so-called HR Best Practices Questionnaire. The questionnaire asks about measures in six overarching HR dimensions: Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage and Unite.

The participants have to comment on a total of 400 practices and methods in 20 subcategories such as further development, personnel strategy or diversity and inclusion. The Top Employers Institute certifies companies worldwide for their outstanding employee conditions. Through the certification programme, companies can have their efforts evaluated and use the results to make improvements. Founded three decades ago, the Top Employers Institute has recognised over 1800 Top Employers in 123 countries/regions around the world this year.
