Cooperation with Roosen BPL presented at ICE Europe 2022

Since GÄRTNER INNOVATION realises complete lines for the processing of web materials up to robot-assisted order picking, a gap has been closed with the addition of operator-assisted handling systems.

Distribution for Western Germany

In the course of the cooperation, the Dutch producer Roosen BPL B.V. entrusts GÄRTNER INNOVATION with the sales and engineering for Western Germany and thus intensifies its presence in Germany. For more than 30 years, Roosen BPL has been developing and manufacturing high-quality operator-guided handling systems, for example for the wood, plastics, packaging and automotive industries.

The portfolio includes, among other things, solutions for the weightless handling of roll goods as well as plate-shaped products. They can be realised either as a gantry system or as a swing arm delivery. The systems are developed and produced at the Haelen site in The Netherlands.

Experience Center

The "Experience Center" is also located there, where many systems and recordings are available for test purposes and demos. In addition to many customised solutions, extensive standard lifting aids from the "Easy" series are also available for a wide range of applications.

Through the expanded cooperation, customers can now be offered the entire step chain from operator-guided handling at the individual workstations to fully automated production and palletising, among other things.
