The transparent adhesive achieves a high-quality appearance of the underlying structures and images due to its slight magnifying effect.

Single-component and easy to dose

Vitralit UC 6685 is a transparent, UV-curing adhesive based on epoxy resin. It is one-component and easy to dose. Due to its viscosity it is suitable for decorative applications on flacons and bottles or for dome coatings, an elegant protective coating for key rings, lapel pins, buttons, name tags, pens and jewelry.

Under UV light in the wavelength range from 320nm to 390nm, Vitralit UC 6685 can be cured in just a few seconds, enabling a high cycle frequency in the production process. The in-house UV and LED UV systems of Dr. Hönle AG are suitable for particularly fast and easy curing under UV light.

Hard and scratch-resistant

After curing, Vitralit UC 6685 is very hard and scratch-resistant, characterised by its brilliant transparency and does not yellow.
