Hervás takes over the CEO role of Comexi with the task of maximising innovation and the use of technology in the company. The market is evolving rapidly and, according to the company, it is essential to have the capacity to adapt fast; for this reason, Comexi aims to remain a technological reference point, as well as a supplier of maximum reliability.

Improving activities

In 2019, after the closure of the loss-making rotogravure unit, the company was able to improve its activity and to return to profit in spite of the economic slowdown of the market. Comexi is confident that its commitment to a more innovative and technological vision, together with intelligent data management and active communication with clients, will yield very good results.

For more than a year, Hervás has been an independent member of the board of Comexi and has therefore good knowledge of the market and the structure and operation of the company.

Jeroen van der Meer, who has received thanks from the Board of Directors for his dedication over the years, will continue to be involved with Comexi in order to make the transition as efficient as possible.

Until recently, Diego Hervás was COO at Plyzer Technologies. With IHQ in Toronto, this company specialises in intelligent data management to improve brand positioning and detect client needs.

Previously, and for more than fourteen years, he held various executive positions at the printing and process improvement multinational XEROX, where he also led the European Graphic Communications Division.
