Companies with the title "SAP Cloud Focus Partner" have proven cloud expertise. Their strategic focus is on the introduction of cloud-based SAP solutions. To be accepted into the circle of cloud experts, companies must demonstrate successful customer projects, in-depth knowledge of the cloud, as well as self-developed products and extensions based on the SAP Cloud Platform. Partners with this status receive special support from SAP.
Successful development of cloud expertise
In recent years, T.CON has built up the corresponding cloud know-how and successfully implemented customer projects with a cloud focus. At the same time, the SAP Gold Partner has developed a number of cloud-based products. "The core element of our product strategy is to run each of our own products on the SAP Cloud Platform by the end of 2025, or at least to move a significant part of the product to the cloud," says Thomas Blöchl, COO and member of T.CON's management board.One focus of the cloud experts from Lower Bavaria is on production-related applications. One example is PERSONNEL USE PLANNING (PEP), which integrates data from production and HR systems in a cloud-based manner. Other solutions are available, for example, for maintenance, for setting up industrial IoT landscapes and for evaluating production and other mass data with the help of machine learning.

Another focus of T.CON's SAP cloud expertise is the HR solution SuccessFactors. The provision of attractive portals for offering employee self-service is just as much a part of the company's expertise as the integration of cloud solutions with an on-premise solution such as SAP HCM."Our strength lies in our ability to provide SAP-based support for our customers' entire processes across all areas and to offer integrated solutions," says Thomas Blöchl. "Cloud technologies will continue to play a key role in the future – and we as cloud experts will continue to expand our know-how accordingly in the future.
