Lenze
Once again named a top employer in Germany
Top Employer Germany and Top Employer Engineers – only companies that continuously develop and successfully implement their personnel strategies are allowed to bear these titles.
A lot of heart and soul
Dirk Lehmann, head of human resources development and HR international at the Lenze Group, is pleased: "A lot of heart and soul goes into drawing the right conclusions from the results every year and putting the appropriate measures into practice. It's always a great confirmation to be able to call ourselves Top Employer for another year."Companies that are certified as Top Employers place their employees at the centre of their entrepreneurial activities - and Lenze is no exception. Because as a technical company that develops, produces and markets innovations for the production of tomorrow, Lenze competes for the best employees with the very large corporations. It is therefore particularly important to continuously optimise the working environment, to create modern and flexible working conditions, and to constantly invest in employee development. After all, the in-house "brainware" is an essential factor for success and thus the employees count as the most valuable asset from the very beginning.
Top Employers Institute CEO David Plink says: "The year 2020 will go down as one of the most challenging in the history of business. Against this background, Lenze can be particularly proud of this year's Top Employer 2021 award. Because it impressively testifies to the fact that Lenze puts the well-being of its employees right at the top of its agenda."
Uniform assessment process worldwide
A characteristic feature of the Top Employer certification programme is the globally standardised examination process that all participating companies have to undergo. The independent institute uses the so-called HR Best Practices Questionnaire. This questionnaire assesses measures in six overarching HR dimensions: Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage and Unite (Steering, Shaping, Inspiring, Developing, Engaging and Connecting). These include a total of 400 practices and methods on which the participants have to comment. The Top Employers Institute certifies companies worldwide for their outstanding employee conditions. Through the certification programme, companies can have their efforts evaluated and use the results to make improvements. Founded three decades ago, the Top Employers Institute has recognised over 1600 Top Employers in 120 countries/regions on five continents this year.
