Changes in the management board
Dr Michael Paul, chairman of the supervisory board and family council of Lenze SE: "On behalf of the shareholders and the supervisory board, I would like to thank Mr Heier for his commitment to Lenze. In the past two years, as chief operating officer, he has made an important contribution to the reorientation of his department. We wish him all the best for his future."

Transitional arrangement found
Christian Wendler, chairman of the board of management and CEO of Lenze SE since April 2013, will take over the function of COO with immediate effect in a temporary capacity. The executive board will continue to consist of Frank Maier as chief technology officer (CTO) and Dr Achim Degner as chief financial officer (CFO).
