New CSO introduced – "Turning even more customers into fans"
For Herrmann, the new position offers the potential to sharpen the global sales structures with a new focus and thus ensure customer enthusiasm in the long term. To this end, André Deponte will take over the management of global sales from CEO Thomas Herrmann on 1 April. In future, he will devote more time to strategic corporate management and development.

The new CSO sees one of the most important measures for this in a global, digital networking of sales. With modern tools, the worldwide teams are to move closer together in order to be able to respond to customer enquiries even faster and in a more targeted manner. He sees further potential for more customer enthusiasm in the proactive after-sales area. This is to be improved, among other things, by expanding the range of services.
