Dr. Ralf Enderle, long-time CEO of GOEBEL Schneid- und Wickelsysteme GmbH, retires
Dr. Ralf Enderle, former CEO and current vice president of GOEBEL Schneid- und Wickelsysteme GmbH, part of the Italian IMS Deltamatic Group, retires by the end of the year 2016. He has been with the company from Darmstadt, Germany, for almost 32 years and has substantially contributed to its success. Under his leadership, the traditional GOEBEL Schneid- und Wickelsysteme GmbH has evolved into an international enterprise for paper, plastic, and film converting machines.
After finishing his studies and doctorate in mechanical engineering at TU Darmstadt, Enderle started his career at the Maschinenfabrik GOEBEL GmbH in 1985. He quickly got promoted from Assistant to head of design of slitter rewinders. Later, he took over the technical leadership of business unit paper and film. In 2001, Enderle was appointed to the board of GOEBEL Schneid- und Wickelsysteme GmbH and GOEBEL Beteiligungs GmbH. As CEO, he has signed responsible for engineering and manufacturing, as well as for business administration. In 2011 he took over the sole management. Enderle left the board in 2014 and since then has overseen the key accounts EMEA and APAC as vice president and authorised representative.
