HÄHL Walzen is the leading roll manufacturer for the film industry. For foil manufacturing and foil processing we are considered to be the worldwide market leader. Hähl rolls are used in Calender-, Cast- and BOPP lines , in foil and sheet-extrusion-lines and in further processing operation lines. Products such as Calender- , Cooling-, Heating rolls, Laminating- and Embossing rolls are manufactured with diameters up to 1,250 mm and up to a length of 13,000 mm. Chill rolls up to 2,800 mm and up toa length of 4,500 mm. For rolls with low inertia we offer Carbon fibre rolls. The product range of CFK rolls is completed by an extensive range of special surfaces.
